I have an issue when I subscribe a mod from Workshop it doesn't initiate the download. If it does initiate it, it shows up in downloads but doesn't progress at all. If I restart Steam the download is gone and nothing happens. I have created 'mod' directory into my /documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/ and I'm sure that I have read and write permissions there as well.

Bug/Issue Workshop mods not loading. After ~7 hours of playtime on a clean reinstalled game, all steam workshop mods ceased to load. While doing the "Ceremonial Caverns" mission, my screen went black, this is most likely an unrelated display driver issue, a pc restart was necessary. After doing so, i launched the game again, just to find
